With over two decades of experience, ICDL has successfully delivered our certification programmes to over 17 million candidates across more than 100 countries in the world.

The ICDL 17 million candidates worldwide milestone achievement was officially revealed by Ms. Tina Wu, General Manager of ICDL Asia in Shanghai during the official launch of ICDL China, witnessed by distinguished figures such as Mr. Eamon Ryan, the Irish Minister for Environment, Climate & Communications and Transport, Ms. Ann Derwin, the Irish Ambassador to China, Ms. Wendy Dorman-Smith, Consul General of Ireland in Shanghai, Mr. Patrick O’Riordan, Enterprise Ireland China Director and Mr. Lan Xiaoyu, General Manager of ICDL China.
This achievement is a testament to ICDL’s unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality digital education and certification programmes that drive global digital literacy standards forward. With an extensive network of 20,000 Test Centres and over 2.5 million tests administered annually in more than 40 languages worldwide, we take great pride in delivering globally recognised certification programmes for digital literacy.
